Creating and maintaining a caring and high performing culture was a delicate balancing act pre-pandemic. Now, businesses are even more challenged to strike the right balance amidst rising mental health issues and hybrid workspaces. Layer on other fast-moving factors such as AI, climate change and social unrest, and some businesses are truly struggling with how to successfully craft a conscious culture at their organization.

In this event, we bring you two experts to guide you in your thinking and action plan for cultivating a conscious culture in your workplace in 2022.

Dr. Allessandria Polizzi, CEO of Verdant Consulting and 20-year veteran of corporate HR, will share why teams are in crisis, as well as the latest in science-based approaches for building a thriving culture that drives performance. She will be joined by Rachael Kelly, Chief People and Culture Officer for Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, located in 16 states. Throughout her tenure, Rachael has driven a “firey” culture based on authenticity and human-centric leadership. She and Dr. Al will share their experiences in engaging employees, understanding trauma-informed employees, and facing challenges head on to create a flourishing culture.
