Kelly is a passionate advocate of good business. She has spent most of her career in marketing, primarily in hi-tech. While grateful for her experience and being able to learn a broad range of skills, Kelly never connected with her employers as companies that had a higher purpose for doing good in the world. Believing business can a powerful force for good in the world, Kelly discovered the Conscious Capitalism movement. She eagerly got involved volunteering, and then was asked onto to the Board where today she serves as head of Marketing & Programming. Further, Kelly is engaged in a year long Consultant Certification program by Conscious Capitalism, Inc. She now does consulting full-time for organizations looking to integrate and operationalize conscious business practices in their organization.
