Join us to hear - and figure out together - how a clearly defined purpose can help guide companies through this crisis.

Purpose in a Crisis

**UPDATED FOCUS & AGENDA FOR OUR EVENT**   We understand and appreciate that our community is grappling with profound disruption. We are all dealing with the human and economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. There are no easy answers and we won't be offering any. We do, however, want to create a space for inspiration, connection, ideas, and support for those in business seeking to have a positive impact. You will have an opportunity to share with the speakers and with your peers some of the questions you're asking in your leadership teams about purpose, performance and messaging.

Whitney Dailey, VP at Porter/Novelli Cone will share both data from their recent Purpose Biometrics Study, examples of how local and national companies are stepping up to manage this crisis and current considerations for communicating with your stakeholders.

Our speakers from Greyston Bakery, Mike Brady, CEO and Lucus Tanner, COO, are finding their way through this evolving situation along with the rest of us. They will offer their insights and perspective about purpose including how their thinking has evolved from asking "What will we do?" to asking "How will we do it?". Greyston's purpose is expressed through a simple but powerful philosophy:  "We don't hire people to bake brownies, we bake brownies to hire people."
