CEO Event: Leading Consciously through Charged Issues

Business leaders today must help their organizations perform while making changes on potentially charged issues: addressing structural racism, dealing with vaccine and mask mandates, attending to the organization's environmental impact, etc.  Managers and employees sometimes voice dramatically different perspectives on these issues which can threaten meaningful change, disrupt organizational harmony and alienate them from one another.  How can leaders help their organizations explore these issues consciously with care, empathy and skill while also driving performance?  

Expert facilitator Kelsa Summer Roidt, Chief Operation and Impact Officer and Facilitator from Habitus Incorporated, will work with us to explore the mindset, skills and approach for the specific charged topics most relevant to the group.

Steve Helle, CEO of Granite City Electric will be first up dialoging with Kelsa about examples of leading through charged issues at his company. Then, we’ll be opening up the floor for additional dialogue and questions from attendees.
