Conscious Capitalism is a call for Higher Purpose; an invitation to go beyond business as usual. To make this transformation, we require different mindsets and tools than the ones that were used to create our current circumstances. The qualities of conscious leadership point us in this new direction and mindfulness practices can be used to effectively develop and engage these transformative qualities.

This one-hour session will help participants:

  • Describe how mindfulness can nurture conscious leadership qualities
  • Differentiate what mindfulness is and is not
  • Describe the benefits of mindfulness for leaders
  • Utilize mindfulness techniques to enhance conscious leadership qualities
  • Engage with a conscious leader practicing mindfulness and how it has changed her personal and professional effectiveness
