Conscious leadership is made up of three kinds of intelligence: emotional, spiritual, and systems. All three of these require a keen sense of self and situational awareness, and the ability to make decisions and influence others to implement change. Surprisingly, games are extremely effective tools for helping leaders hone these skills.

At their core, games are opportunities for problem solving within different situations and offer an engaging means of experiential learning. The dynamics present in games closely resemble those encountered in the workplace, offering collaborative problem-solving experiences that encourage effective teamwork and diverse communication to achieve common objectives. It also helps to build resilience and boost emotional wellbeing of individuals and teams.

In this highly interactive session, Alex Suchman, CEO and cofounder of Barometer XP, will demonstrate how to use games as part of leadership development and culture change strategies. Not only will we experiment with games, we’ll also hear from business leader David Raiser, P.h.D - Chief Operating Officer at STRM.BIO on how games affect real change within his company.
